Lot of Respect for the owner for giving attention to detail and monitoring everything himself despite of having such a brilliant hardworking team. I must say it is very easy to reach a position and become ignorant , but the way he gave his personal attention to my project and involved himself completely not just to get the work done but also to guide on many practical issues which i was unaware of regarding jewelry production. Am glad that you kept your promise of purity as i got one of the pieces tested in a lab and it came out at 93% silver. I feel relieved as i have been through many manufacturers in the past and have been cheated a few times as purity has always been a concern.
So things look promising as far as our relationship goes. I got my entire 5000 pieces on time and they all look perfect. So i assume your quality checking department does live upto its reputation as was promised to me.
