Sensational job from the entire team from start to finish.
From the initial meeting with Tim, to the boys arriving for work and their handy work trying to get my job finished before Christmas - even when the weather gods didn't play nice.
On time and on budget. I've now even got them doing more now I was so impressed.
Totally recommend them.

Quality First renovated the interior of our house with excellent outcome! I am an architect by trade, so i know how hard is to find a good builder. Tim, the owner is reliable and efficient, impecable communication, always on time. With great attention to detail. His team were able to built our difficult jobs like the flushed secret doors and wall timber paneling to perfection. Their carpentry skills are honestly far better than anyone else we have use in previous jobs.
I will highly recommend them, and i am looking forward having them on board to renovate the exterior during 2022.

Quality First Constructions built a new house for us at Sunshine Cove, Maroochydore. We found Tim (the owner of QFC) to be very approachable and helpful through the entire process. It was our first experience of building a new house which also happened to be on a small water-frontage lot with zero side boundary setbacks and a number of specific detailed design requirements. So the assistance Tim provided in refining the design and suggesting other minor improvements throughout the build was invaluable to us. He was also happy to give us the benefit of his experience when we were choosing fittings

We would highly recommend building with Tim and his team. Our tired old house has been transformed into a fresh beautiful 'forever' home. It was easy to communicate with Tim who was always obliging when I wanted to make changes and add things!!! All his staff and subbies were delightful, friendly and their finish was outstanding!
Photos included - old kitchen - new kitchen. old garage has become new bedroom WIR and ensuite. old front entry - new front entry and living with beautiful VJ wall hiding the old face brickwork. Beautifully tiled patio area!

Tim and the team from QFC have recently transformed our backyard from a difficult and unusable area to a dream space that our young family will be able to use and enjoy for many years to come. Everything was done on time & on budget and the level of communication was fantastic. Tim kept in regular touch with us throughout the build to ensure we always knew what was happening and when. As the name suggests, quality always came first! We can’t wait for summer so we can start enjoying our new pool! In the meantime we will take advantage of our fantastic new deck / gazebo and flat yard – with plenty

Build Partners engaged Quality First Constructions to complete as main contractor a 300sqm office fit-out construction for one of our clients based on the Sunshine coast. I engaged Tim and his team at QFC for some renovations to my bathroom, external cladding and windows. I was on a very tight schedule to have the work completed and Tim worked with me through all phases of the work to ensure we met the deadline. He pulled together a quality plan and executed without delay which was quite impressive.
The quality of… the workmanship was second to none and the tradesmen were mindful of my family and created minimum disruption. They were also really helpful in suggesting improvement opportunities throughout the job.

Nothing was too much trouble and Tim did all the liaising with other tradies so took any hassle out of the job for me. Highly recommend!

We recently used Tim and his team of trades people for a range of jobs from small to large. We found Tim and all his team members to be very reliable and friendly. They all turned up when they said they would and their work was of a very high standard. We recently had our bathroom ripped out and rebuilt and I couldn't speak highly enough of the the team at Quality First Contruction. Tim was incredibly easy to deal with and made the whole process stress free and was always on hand to offer professional advice.
