Between 2008 - 2013 the big four banks loaned almost $70 billion to fossil fuel projects in Australia. These projects impact on our environment, health, resources and farms alongside natural wonders such as the Great Barrier Reef. With these banks being the custodians of the majority of Australian's money they need to be held accountable for how it is used.
No, there is no additional cost, our service is completely free. The amount we donate to the charity of your choice is taken from the commission paid to us by the bank. Once your home loan has settled and the banks commission is received Ethical Home loans will donate directly to the Charity. Ans. Green banks are banks or credit unions that don't finance the expansion of the fossil fuel industry in Australia.

My husband and I engaged Paul and the team to source our first home loan. Paul, Michelle and Sharon at Ethical Home Loans went above and beyond to assist us in buying our first property. We first contacted Paul at the start of 2020 to work out goals to be able to purchase. Would highly recommend Paul and his entire team at Ethical Home Loans. They did an amazing job in helping me to successfully refinance my home loan from one of the Big 4 to a far more ethical lender.
