To remote areas, you must allow that pickup and delivery may not be exactly at the time ordered. For residential drop off, if the receiver is not available and there is no authourity to leave, the parcel can be picked up by the receiver at the closest Couriers Please depot. For residential drop off, it is IMPORTANT that you give authority to leave otherwie TNT will charge you extra for re-delivery if the dropoff door is not manned.
