The Kings Park Motel is nestled between the native bushland and botanical gardens of Kings Park, Perth's major hospitals, The University of Western Australia and the Subiaco shopping precinct. Our motel is 3km from the Perth CBD. We are excited to introduce our new renovated range of rooms - the Deluxe Twin and Deluxe Family Room.

Our Deluxe Rooms are fitted with custom-made cabinetry, Corian stone benchtops and plush pile carpets in a natural finish, creating a sense of space and maximizing our Kings Park views. I can’t not thank the beautiful ladies enough for the help and care they offered to me when I stayed at Kings Park Motel. The rooms were beautifully presented, very clean and I couldn’t have been happier. Even… though they are on a busy rd the noise was not a problem ( never really heard anything). I had a nightmare night the evening before in another apartment hotel and the ladies were wonderful and very kind to me when I needed a rescue option. Thank you so very much for your care and for a wonderful stay. I will be back and I will be recommending you to all my family and friends

Great little hotel, close to everything. Right next to kings park so you can go walking up there easy. Good service and nice workers.

Too much light in the room noisy snorer next door can hear all the noise and voices mattress probably needs replacing from all the other rooms but clean and friendly

Tidy and clean facilities and pool area is awesome! Close walking distance to some great cafes, boutique supermarkets and Kings Park. Prices are very reasonable

Five 🌟 lovely receptionist well mannered bubbly and friendly rooms are very clean and comfortable water pressure in the shower amazing I would recommend Kings Park Motel any day and everyday to anyone looking for accommodation in Perth western Australia

The rooms are very clean, tidy and affordable. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. The motel is very close to medical facilities eg Perth Childrens Hospital, Hollywood Private Hospital.

It was clean but for $170 it was a bit pricey I've stayed in hotels cheaper in better areas with breakfast included .. I asked about breakfast and a very abrupt woman told me no its not included and the breakfast list was basic at extra cost... wouldn't rush back .
