Mass Lighting Services (MLS) was founded by Mark Massoud in 1996 after having worked with a respected lighting company in Melbourne for many years. Mark has acquired extensive experience in the lighting industry. It is never easy starting from scratch, however, with the help of his Dad and lots of hard work and dedication, Mark started up MLS.
He had product knowledge and a commitment to excellent customer service, and added to these skills by obtaining his electrical licence. This allowed Mark to perform duties such as to connect and disconnect equipment for repairs plus replacement of all types of light fittings. In 2001 Mark wanted to help his customers further and also expand his service offerings.

The owner was nice to deal with but his 2 workers will drive you mad. They were rough, leaving grubby hand marks everywhere. Their communication skills are not clear and poor. Weren’t sure about about their approach to electrical installations. Poking and damaging plaster walls and just guessing. Thought it wasn’t a problem saying you can just patch it. So leaves you with a plaster and paint job at your expense.

A massive shoutout to Mark (the owner), for accommodating our needs with our electrical works(partial house rewire) and after an original quote from 1 other company of over 50% more (they quoted whole house to be rewired even though it didnt need it. )
There were a few hiccups up for the week with the guys who did the rewiring but in the end job well done.
