We work with computer brands including HP, Dell, Acer, Asus, Samsung, Compaq and Apple as well as operating systems ranging from Mac OSX, Windows and Linux. Laptops and desktops are all fine. We do everything. We think there's no point in offering a computer repairs service only to have to tell potential clients that we can't help them- or that we can help, but we can make no firm commitments as we do not specialise in their model.

We provide home based computer training for our domestic customers as well as on site computer training for business. We also have access to computer training rooms if you would prefer.

I got much more than I bargained for when I decided to go with Newton's Nerds. I initially engaged them to build a website for my business. They have since built me 3 websites. However, the greatest value to my business has been the business mentoring by the CEO Brett Samuel. Brett has guided me through the roller-coaster start up phase of business and I can genuinely say that my business wouldn't be where it is today if it wasn't for Newton's Nerds.

They ultimately they did fix my computer. But there are some flaws in the way they conduct business. For one they don't give you any type of receipt when you drop off your computer, so you have no kind of signed document that they have your property. They fixed my computer promptly. I didn't get a txt about my computer, I had to call them about it. They also said they would charge 150$ to save all my documents. Not sure why it's so expensive but I said no way to that! Lewie told me on the phone that it would be 100$ to fix my computer, when I come in to pick it up they quote me a price 15$ higher

Thank you Peter for achieving the impossible; our friend's laptop is now in good order. Then there is this awful weekend where the last formatting of my thesis unravelled. It was a disaster, so I called Peter and, with Brett, the 2 Newton nerds, in less than one hour, fixed the document allowing me to send my completed PhD to the University. The service was friendly, professional and competent (and at a reasonable cost).

Brett and his team are awesome. Not only do they provide fast, friendly service but what they don't know about computers is not worth knowing.
I highly recommend Newton's Nerds after using them for many years and most recently even being surprised at the great value I received for a HDD and OS upgrade on my laptop.

A series of unfortunate events - first impressions.
I was initially impressed with Brett from Newton's Nerds (NN) for his swift response time to my on-line enquiry.
I placed a booking for the 26th of March, 2013 after the initial contact.
On the day of my consultation, I went to the address supplied by Brett. Once I arrived I noticed that the 'Newton's Nerds' was nowhere to be found on the business directory of that building and in it's place was an architecture business.
After numerous texts, calls and an hour wait. I decided to call and visit to NN's other site to see if any one was there
