It is important to check the registration papers of boat trailers, if the ATM is over 750kg then the trailer requires a safety certificate. We can provide safety certificates for small trucks, small buses and other light vehicles up to 4.5 ton. Our mobile safety certificate and Mechanical services are available from Kingscliff and Tweed Heads in Northern NSW through Broadbeach to the Northern end of the Gold Coast and on to Coomera!

We have a detailed checklist and reporting procedure that can be emailed or handed to you when we have completed the inspection. We also can include pictures and a PPSR/REVS check for money owing through finance or an insurance status in case it has been written off.

If the vehicle does not pass the safety certificate you have 14 days to do any repairs, otherwise the certificate is cancelled and will need to be done again. Qld transport set price is $82.85 in the workshop> When mobile I charge between $5 - $17 call out fee. Never more than $99 for a mobile service to come to you!

We can help you register any trailer that is towed in Qld that has an Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) greater than 750kg and is less than 3.5ton that will require a safety certificate/ RWC and or HVRAS.If the trailer, horse float or caravan is brand new or is being moved from another State then it will also require an additional 2 certificates, known as (HVRAS) the Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme.
