Our factory is equipped with modern glass cutting and processing equipment and two state of the art Glass Toughening Furnaces capable of toughening glass up to a max size of 3300mm x 6000mm. We also have the capacity to heat soak glass up to 3300mm x 6000mm. This equipment coupled with the most extensive stock range in Sydney and employees with many years glass industry experience allows us to meet our customers expectations.

We encourage pick ups when practical in the interest of shorter lead times and cost savings.
Our stocks of 3mm, 4mm and 6mm mirror are manufactured by Guardian we consider the product to be the highest quality available in Australia. Acting as a distributor we are currently providing cases and loose sheets to fellow glass companies who also install. Ultra Mirror(R) provides crystal clear reflection with an eco-friendly, copper-free composition.

A joke of a company, asked for payment before they even told me a price, couldn't tell me when it would be ready, first price was $88 but when I called back to place the order it was $120
Took down my card details wrongly when I called back to tell them again the manager got on the phone, I thought he was going to apologize for the hassle but instead he advised me I was rude! Unbelievable

This "service" expects us the layman customer to be able to carry 75kg glass panels by ourselves. Apparently they ONLY deliver to the door, no more no less.
We're nothing more than teachers, camera crew, editors and animators - what in hell were you expecting us to achieve?
And only AFTER the glass shatters do you make any mention of perhaps hiring a glazier to come and bring it in - gee that sounds like hilariously important information PRIOR to delivery mate. And frankly - this whole notion of "this is how our service has been for 40 years" is a point of shame as that means for 40 years you

Placed a small order over the phone for a replacement glass panel and was looked after so well that it prompted me to write this review (highly unusual for me). The customer service over the phone and in person was unparalleled to anything I have experienced in a long time. Turn-around for a custom glass panel was less that two working days. The price was almost half of what I was quoted at another place, which had a much longer lead time anyway. I mean its a no-brainer. Second time I am using their services and will definitely continue to do so. All the best!
