Massive shout out to Chloe who did my hair on Friday with short notice. Recently moved to the area and the team there are wonderful. Today was my daughter’s year 10 School Leaver’s Dinner and she had an appointment with Kenzie to have her hair styled. Kenzie had never met or seen my daughter until today, but the impact that Kenzie and the… other staff at Trilogy made on my daughter will live with her forever. One hour prior to the hair appointment my daughter had had her make up “professionally” done at another salon-her foundation ended up being too dark and very oily, it was not blended in very well and the eyeliner was way too heavy and my daughter was absolutely devastated. Staff are so lovely and make an introvert like myself not dread the hairdresser. Great quality hair colouring and staff are happy to use some inspiration if you don't quite know what you are after. Their coffee and biscuits are decent too 👌😅
Pricing competes with other salons and I haven't walked away feeling it was too much for what I got. This is after three visits to date.
