However, the Manuscript Microsoft Office Word? Excel? Powerpoint and other data created in either of the following must be converted to Illustrator. Additional charge might be asked in exchanged of the specified conversion. We only use the colour supplied in the artwork from our clients. Dino Print offers two delivery services, Standard and Express. Standard delivery is free of charge on selected products and takes 2-3 days for metro areas in Australia. I don’t know where to start... No legit phone number to talk to a customer service person about my job for clarification. Tried the Skype number, but the person couldn’t speak English and there was also a big delay and I also struggled to hear him properly (beyond the language barrier). Although claiming to be 100% Australian owned and operated, I’m not convinced. The grammar of the person I was emailing said to me that English wasn’t his first language. He argued a point online with me, only to later come back and say the same thing I’d said before. It didn’t bode well. When part of

Dino Print provided a very competitive price and the quality of print job was really good. Customer service is great (though took me a while to get hold of them on the phone), I felt they listened to my concerns and resolved them appropriately. Although there was an error with my initial delivery, to their credit they conducted an investigation, realised the error was on their side and reprinted and express posted the $1000+ order at no additional charge to me within 24hr of me alerting them to the issue. Quite happy with Dino Print, I would use them again.

WARNING: DO NOT PRINT WITH DINOPRINT! I received some envelopes which were printed on very poor quality stock with a visible watermark in the background. I've tried contacting them but no answer! Please save… yourself the pain, and do NOT deal with this business. Atrocious customer service, lack of care in their work and cheap and poor quality stock.

At the beginning of my communication with them they were great and were very efficient. However, once i received the finished product it was very poor quality and the image that i had given them for the business card was nearly non existent, you couldn't make out what the image was. I had called them with my concern that this wasn't what i had asked for. The receptionist had asked me to write my concern in an email to him which he would then forward to the production team. He had acklodeged this concerned email and forwarded it on. after 5 emails from myself following up what was happening with

Excellent printing quality. I tried other printing places and I got smudges, bad paper quality, and poor printing shop garbage. Dino Print may charge you a bit more but it's for there quality. Basically you get what you pay for. Ordering a job on there website is user friendly and if you have a problem they get back to you within 30min. I also like that I can order my jobs and go pick them up. Keep up the good work.
