Linear Design + Construct recently completed a renovation and extension to our house. Michael and his team were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient, even with us remaining in the house throughout the renovation. From the consultation phase Michael's ideas and designs maximised the value we could achieve from the limited space we had to work with. The quality of the renovations are excellent and the work has significantly added to our whole family's enjoyment of living in our home. An excellent project by Michael and his team.

The Kim Olsen Property team have been involved in the recent sale of a renovated property development that was completed by Linear Design & Construct. The Buyers entered into a contract prior to the completion of the renovation which was a massive leap of faith. Not only did Linear Design & Construction deliver on what they had promised; they exceeded our client’s expectations by undertaking and completing additional works to the scope provided in the contract. Linear also completed the works before the scheduled contract date which allowed the Buyers to settle and move into the property sooner

We had a pressing need for more space and a very firm budget to work with. Linear developed a cost-effective extension, where minimal changes were required to the existing house. The final design and build has created a great open plan house that functions brilliantly and flows all on one level.

Michael and his team delivered a design and build major renovation of an early 1920's Queenslander for us and did a superb job. Any renovation of this scale is complex and we were able to work through each of the steps progressively and the final product is an outstanding home. We have been living in the house now for 3 years with our 3 kids, really testing it out and the building and design has handled this exceptionally well.
