What is Osteopathy? Osteopathy is based on the philosophy that structure governs function. If the body's structure is correct, then it can function at optimal health. The main objective of osteopathy is to improve the body's structure in order to normalise its function. To do this, hands-on techniques are used - such as soft-tissue massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, and myofascial stretching.

Very expensive, and disappointing. She clock watched until it got to 1 minute before half an hour and then very swiftly ended the session and got me to leave. Didn’t feel any value for money. I strongly recommend you ask about her prices before assuming anything. I paid the PRICE by not doing so. That’s all I will say on that.
