Worst ever printing company that I came across. Unable to deliver the "fast turnaround" commitment. I have to email and chase them for the printing. Numerous email and sent. They would not admit their delays but instead they blamed it on the courier service. They email and said that the senior management will call about the incident, unfortunately it has been more than a week no "Manager" has called. Regret using them. Costly damaged control cost and loss. Trusting their fast turnaround service which has mislead me.

I ordered a Gazebo with printing (very basic nothing fancy) for an expo event, their website says 4 day turn around, this is completely wrong, 10 days since artwork was approved and still haven't sent the item. the expo is tomorrow and now I have had to go and spend more money on another gazebo to get us through, I would not recommend Vivid Ads to anyone considering their a B2B their laxed attitude will end up costing your business money.

Vividads were so professional, quick, and easy to communicate with and went out of their way to ensure I had a banner made in time for the big grand final. Hayyam was particularly helpful and extremely personable and lovely to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience possible. The banner came out amazing and the quality was superb and it will be displayed until the next grand final ;) go dees and thank you vividads and Hayyam!

This time I used them They are so slow getting the banners out for a shopping centre show that the shopping centre shows will be OVER by the time I get them. Waste of money.
Also - Vivid Ads... look at the amount of 1 stars you get on Google reviews. You don't respond to them. That makes you look like you don't care at all about your customers

Amazing service. I put my order thru on Wed afternoon, the team responded back to me with feedback as the quality of one of my designs was not adequate. I provided my updated files on Thur lunchtime and much to my surprise my order arrived at my house in Adelaide on Fri lunch.
