What we do: We come to you in your home or local park in Perth when it suits you. We provide all the equipment (or help you make the most of the equipment you have at home!), motivate and encourage you through your workouts and keep you accountable to ensure you get results. Amanda started She's a Knockout in 2009. Working 9-5 in the corporate world, any time outside of the office was spent either outside or in the gym. Particularly interested in boxing/kickboxing at the time, Amanda was generally the only female participant in a class full of men. The kickboxing gym had an intimidating vibe and although some women didn't mind it, she noticed very few women ever came along.
Ashlee's passion for health and fitness started back when she left high school. She joined a gym in the hope of improving her strength and fitness but felt so intimidated to go by herself that she would wear black and hide in the corner for her workout. She would watch fitness workouts on YouTube to get ideas, but it didn't take long to realise she still had no idea what she was doing.

I’ve been training 3 x a week with PT Ash for over 4 months and have been absolutely loving it! The convenience and flexibility of training at home has made exercise so much easier and can actually stick to this for once. Ash personalises all my workouts to focus on the areas I want to improve and is always attentive throughout the session to ensure I have correct form to prevent injury and get the most out of it. Results have been amazing, I’m happier, stronger, healthier and lighter. Just signed up for another 24 sessions, could not recommend She’s A Knockout highly enough, if you struggle

I’m absolutely loving training with Fran. Previously I had tried Bootcamp style classes and left every session crying and vomiting, it put me off anything like that for years. I thought I was beyond help and I was just destined to be overweight and unfit. For the first time I am really enjoying exercising, I look forward to every session and I feel so positive and empowered afterwards. I’ve been training with Belinda for just over 2 years now and it has been so amazing for my confidence and my fitness. Belinda trained me during my pregnancy and after, and adjusted our workouts to suit where my body was at. The communication with Amanda has been super easy and nothing has ever been a problem, even when I asked if I could train in a different state - and I feel like I have made a genuine friend in Amanda through our chats over email and Instagram. These women are superstars and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and confidence.

I started training with She’s a Knockout in preparation for my wedding in Oct 2020.
I felt comfortable training with all female trainers- Jamie, Grace and Manon are all amazing. Amanda is highly professional, easy to communicate with and flexible with times to accomodate your lifestyle.
It is optional, but there is no pressure to take before/after shots or take measurements and it was a good way for me to increase my physical activity and get active more often.
Since I started training, I have seen really good results and feel fitter and stronger. Highly recommend!

She’s a knockout have been absolutely amazing! I started with my trainer Julie almost a year ago and told her how important it was for me to start from the very basics and be able to accomplish new fitness goals instead of starting at a level that was too high for me and failing. She took that and worked with me and I’m now at a place in my fitness (and weight) that I never thought I’d reach, let alone thoroughly enjoy! I have upped my sessions from 1 day a week to 3 and look forward to each session! The fast and helpful response from Amanda when booking/ paying/ or if you have any questions
