Ayurveda Aromatherapy is based on the Elements which then form into three body types or Doshas. It is said that we are born with an inherited genetic blueprint, or Prakruti of all these Doshas within us. Some more predominant than others. Using this simple dosha chart, we can get both objective and subjective information to direct us to our Prakruti.
With the long days of face masks many people are noticing issues of mild irritation, dehydration and topical breakouts. This can be a result of the warm air flow from the mouth, being held by the mask and directed over the the skin around the mouth. This leads to dehydration of the area and in turn can upset the acid mantle, making the area more susceptible to irritation, oil imbalance and issues of bacterial buildup.

Love the energy here. JEN is absolutely AMAZING! It's not everyday you find someone whose energy you vibe with, love Jen! And the massage I got and how I felt afterwards were fantastic! Just booked another appointment and really looking forward to it, although I am moving soon and I soo wish I could just pack her up and take her with me ha! :D
