I had court appointed orders with specific deadlines. Patrick lied to me about certain bank applications that were not completed. After about 6 weeks, with a week before my consent orders for my divorce were meant to be completed, I contacted the bank directly and no application had been filed by my broker. After that I went straight to the bank that sorted it in 7 business days.

I ordered a filter directly from Tiffen from their website. It was an item not available from Tiffen resellers but they had it in stock. It took Tiffen days and days to process the order and them another ten days to ship. Not at all impressed with their fulfillment department. I would recommend avoiding ordering direct from Tiffen if possible.
