We had a huge limb from a 75 year-old Maple fall across our yard after the wind storm earlier this year that compromised the rest of the tree. Mike showed up quickly, assessed the situation and stayed until after 10pm to ensure that the rest of the tree was cabled and safe. One of the large trees in my backyard needed URGENT removal. Mike responded to my call within hours. During his initial visit, although the tree did not show obvious signs of distress Mike recognized the danger and immediately braced it, to make it temporary more secure, without me even committed to give him a job. That is a professional dedication to safety on his behalf for which I am grateful. The following morning his crew arrived and removed the tree.
