Maureen @Conveyancing at Pittwater was the conveyancer for buyers who recently bought a property of mine.
I was informed that Maureen told the buyers of my property (her clients) that I had to provide them with a dryer.
The dryer that was originally in the apartment I was selling was a large Miele dryer that my father had bought at a cost of approx $2000 and was never listed as an inclusion as we had planned to keep it.
I did my own research and could find nothing to support Maureen’s claim and checked with my conveyancer who said she’d never heard of such a thing.
Towards settlement date

Maureen handled the conveyancing when i bought my first home last year and i must say the experience was second to none not only does she know her work as in conveyancing inside out she has an amazing eye for detail, nothing gets overlooked.
