Ryan is one of the most thorough professionals I have met. He cares about what he does . he spent a lot of time in the roof, took photos and spent time to explain the issues at hand. We then got a quote for everything we needed to have the job done. He then had it all planned. A team arrived and finished the job in a professional manner. We just had our ducted heating unit replaced by Facilities Cooling and Heating.
They were highly responsive, always returned my calls, arrived when they said they would, and always kept me informed.
David,Justin and Ryan were very polite and helpful, honestly it was good old fashioned fantastic customer service which is something you don't see these days.
And a double bonus....their price was the best.

I prefer opting for quality over price any day, however this team did a great job on our own home heating and investment property for incredibly reasonable prices. They were incredible too at fitting us in at short notice, ensuring we weren’t enduring the cold for long during winter. 100% would recommend.
