Was referred to Live Well by my GP to help with chronic back pain. Since starting treatment with their exercise physiology team i've had a massive decrease in pain, especially towards the end of the day after being on my feet all day at work. Learnt some handy new stretches and exercises too!

I've trained my whole life & for the last 6 months had lingering pain in my hamstrings and groin. I tried so many things myself to fix the pain but finally decided to see Brendan about it. This was the best decision I've made! Only 2 sessions later and I feel like I'm finally on the road to recovering it. Absolutely knows his stuff and puts so much attention and knowledge into his clients and their sessions. I feel like the observations he made, and the program he's written from them, is going to improve my training, movement & over all health so much :) couldn't be happier, and couldn

I was referred to Live Well through WorkCover to help develop an exercise rehab to help deal with chronic lower back pain. The exercise physiologists on staff were all extremely professional. Brendan did a great job explaining absolutely everything I needed to do in order to get moving normally again and I started to see progress straight away! I went to a lot of physios before Live Well but these guys were definitely the most effective.
