Dr Thomas Chai is committed to providing you with the highest standard of treatment and believes passionately in continuing education and excellence throughout all aspects of dentistry.After graduated in 1993 from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, he has practised the latest techniques in dentistry over the past 20 years, and he also has a "Diploma in Implant Dentistry" from the University of Sydney in 2001.

If you have not yet visited our office, we are located on Sydney Road, in Balgowlah and offer a state of the art facility for all our patients. Our team of highly skilled and experienced cosmetic and family dentists know how much you value the health of your loved ones, and caring for their teeth is an essential part of their overall well-being.
Keep the gauze swab (where used) in place with pressure for approximately half an hour after leaving the surgery. Take antibiotic and must finish the whole course of antibiotic as instructed by Dr Thomas Chai or Dr Veronica Cheng. DO NOT rinse your mouth for at least 4 hours and after that only EXTREMELY GENTLY with lukewarm water with added salt.

Amazing dental practice conveniently located on the main road in Balgowlah.
The place is super clean and hospitable, and Thomas Chai is a bubbly, lovely and capable dentist who prioritises the patient's needs first. I had my orthodontic braces done there and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to do a check up, have their teeth cleaned or even do some more serious dental work.

Dr Chai is quite simply amazing! He listens to your concerns, examines you thoroughly then provides his comprehensive advice. You never feel rushed and he spends the time explaining what he plans to do before he does it so you're fully on board. I had a fairly difficult issue to fix (my two front teeth were very slightly different colours) and had seen two other dentists about it. Both said it was too hard to fix and that I should just live with it. Anyway, went and saw Dr Chai and he worked wonders and I was so impressed! Definitely recommend going to this dentist!
