Duplex homes, where 2 homes are built on the one lot of land, are becoming increasingly popular in Sydney. They often sit side-by-side to each other, and whilst usually sharing a common wall, they can also be designed as detached dwellings, depending on the size of your land. At F.J.C Design & Construction, we have extensive experience in the design and building of modern duplexes all over Sydney.
