We have been landlords since 1996. We recently purchased another property and have chosen a different real estate, Florent and Mundey as managing agents. We have been extremely happy with our decision. Natasha has been prompt to reply to emails and organise trades people to ensure the property complied with all the regulations.

Real-estate agents not always the most honest, however you would think they would at least get there stories straight. Being told this office was not maned through January after Christmas, yet after calling the office directly was informed that yes the office was open through January after Christmas break.

Unfortunately we found our experience with the sales agent to be dishonest and unethical to the extreme. We were the first to make an offer on this property and to cut a long story short, we were told in the end that there was an offer $5000 more than ours after 3 or 4 exchanges and with this, we declined any further offers. We have now learned that the property actually sold for $10000 less than our final offer was, which means the sales agent lied about the' higher offer' that obviously didn't exist and the property should have been ours, not to mention the fact that the vendor has missed out

Alex and the team @ Florent and Mundey have managed my residential property for many years now and I would say maybe 2-3 weeks total over the past 5 years is the only time it hasn't been tenanted (and I believe it was so we could get new carpets / painting done). Communication is always prompt and responsive, inspections are detailed with photos and couldn't ask for more out of a property manager.

Let it be known this real estate is unethical in dealing with prospective buyers. We were given false information regarding a property for sale. The advertised property had not had any offers when I called. We looked at the place on Saturday and I put in an offer on Monday morning only to be told people were coming for Sydney that afternoon. I put in another offer (the asking price) after they had seen the place only to be told it was sold to them. When I asked how much they had offered the agent would NOT tell me what it was.So I was unable to offer any more. I will never deal with this real estate
