The friendly Ranford Vet team have been caring for pets in the local community since 1996. We pride ourselves on providing great customer care and the best in Veterinary services. The Hospital is modern and well equipped, and is located on the corner of Wilfred Road and Rangeview Place (Just off Ranford Road) in Canning Vale.
We perform routine surgery from Monday to Friday, with admission from 7am to facilitate early drop off before work. We perform a complete exam, update any vaccination or worming status, and address any concerns that you have about your new family member. Dr Graeme is our most senior veterinary surgeon with almost 30 years of working experience under his belt, having first spent 10 years in mixed practice after graduation from Murdoch University in 1990 before settling into small animal care at Ranford Vet.

Puppy School allows our new furry family members to socialise and play with other puppies of the same age group in a safe environment. It is an excellent opportunity for puppies to teach each other in canine language and behaviour what are acceptable and not acceptable behaviours. This may very well help prevent undesirable anti-social behaviours in their adulthood.

We came to this veterinary practice for the first time with an emergency with our cat. The whole team - right from reception, vet nurses and vets were amazing and provided us with outstanding service. They kept us up to date throughout all treatment and were upfront with treatment, costs involved and kept us informed at every stage. Their handovers regarding treatment were thorough and staff were available for any questions we had throughout the process. As our cat had to remain in hospital for a period of time, we were allowed to visit and this made the whole process less stressful. At no time

I recently took my little dog in as she was very unwell I had no appointment as my normal vet offered very limited care The help and support I received was outstanding. After three days of intensive care. I collected her yesterday and although with medication she is on the mend. I understand Pancreatitis is very tricky to treat. I was so lucky.

I came to Ranford as my usual vets were booked and my puppy was sick. The staff have all been very kind and the vets thorough and detailed in their examination and explanations. As I have a Collie with drug sensitivities, the vet ensured to explain each ingredient listed to show that they were not any of the known irritants. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Ranford vet to anyone who wants good quality service at a reasonable cost. The team was very professional and outstanding. I brought my dogs in for a dental and Dr Joanna did a thorough check for them. From there, she diagnosed other issues with the dogs, and went through recommendations on what I should do for them. Dr Joanna explained everything, so that I could easily understand all that she was saying.
After the first visit, Scream had to have one eye removed to make him feel better. Dr Joanna managed to do the procedure with great skills and the result was with minimal

I’ve been bringing my dog to this Vet practice since I adopted her 3 years ago and I can confidently say the level of care from this entire team is second to none. Options for treatment are always explained clearly and concisely so that I can make an informed decision for the best care of my dog. I’m never nervous to leave my Heidi for a day procedure as I always know she is in good hands and will be well cared for while I’m not there. I wouldn’t trust any other Vet clinic with my pets.
