We know cement and are passionate about providing all customers with the right transit mixers. Please note: Mixers Australia barrels are manufactured in our Brisbane workshop and are made from Australian made K1042 steel. We do not use imported steels nor do we reuse old barrel parts to make a new barrel. Trunnion roller brackets fabricated from 12mm 350 grade material including two (2) gussets per bracket.
At Mixers Australia, we have the experience to provide premium products, professional friendly service and expertise for all products and services. 4mm 250 grade one (1) piece folded section, a-frame top support plate 10mm, two (2) full internal 5mm baffles and two (2) 10mm gussets under top support plate.
We are able to service and overhaul hydraulic pumps, motors and gearboxes in our Brisbane workshops. Both new units and service exchange units are available on request. At Mixers Australia, we have the experience and expertise to provide premium products, professional, yet friendly service and total solutions for all your hydraulics needs for transit mixers.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your transit mixer, our service department can diagnose the problem and conduct repairs. We are also experienced in regular cement mixer servicing to avoid any problems. Mixers Australia are available for all onsite services, including transit mixer servicing, repairs, dedagging of bowls and emergency breakdown using our truck mounted unit to enable discharge of concrete.
