Edit: they did step up to fix the situation .. however, I love the shoes so much I just ended up keeping it and surprisingly the size issue doesn’t seem to be noticeable to some.. finally 1 yr postpartum. I wanted to make this edit because I get notified of thumbs up to the review and I didn’t find my review as relevant in this situation anymore. I still browse their website from time to time so I’ve removed my old review and I’ll trust their authenticity.

Best designer consignment store in the city hands down! I’ve both consigned and purchased over the years, scored some of my favourite luxury finds and it has always been a pleasant experience. Great service, polite, knowledgeable staff, always a unique selection and reasonable prices! And if you want to actually sell your stuff and sell it quick, bring it here. I really don't understand the bad reviews about consigning here. They make the process super easy: I stop in with my stuff and they select what they want; I get an email detailing the inventory and prices; I log in online to see what has sold; I drop in and pick up a cheque once a month; any items that don't sell are returned to me when they expire. So simple folks!! My items sell fast here unlike other consignment stores I have dealt with where it seems like nothing sells. What's not to love!?

Their selection is great, and they have great things come in all the time.
However, if you want to consign with them I would caution you not to. There are many other places in Toronto that will consign a lot more hassle free. I brought in 3 great purse in okay shape. 1 small Balenciaga city bag that sold almost instantly but for a very low price... that I didn't even find out till later. I was told that after the weekend they'd be authenticated, and posted and when I signed in online I'd be able to know how much they would go for. I didn't and I wasn't told the split - when they said with each
