Sited on a corner block in an older urban street this house was designed for general appeal with resale in mind. In fact the house when completed went on to be a very successful Prize Home and subsequently has proved a popular rental holiday home. Despite the modest size of this corner block we maximised the size of the house within statutory regulations and provided all the features required for luxury contemporary living.
