Quality, better natives, gracious staff, some staff are fine, don't blame the customer for inferior product, she said their trolley weakened it, should have used a different trolley (that wasn't there) he laid the pedestal down on the trolley, and wheeled it to the car, if that weakened it would you want to buy it,
