After running a successful building company on the Fleurieu Peninsula for many years Don Bailey was looking for a challenge. Seeing the opportunity to further utilise his vast local knowledge and passion for quality construction he decided, with the help of his new Project Supervisor Sam, to start Coastal Landscapes and Fencing.
Sam Hoffmann, our Project Supervisor, grew up in the Riverland region of South Australia. He spent most of his younger years enjoying an active sporting lifestyle playing cricket and golf, which led to him studying turf management at the Loxton Golf Club. Sam moved, with his partner, to Victor Harbor and began working with a local landscaper where he completed his Certificate 2 and 3 in Horticulture.

I so wish I could rate this company kindly but I cannot. We had such high hopes after our first consultation. Twelve months to finish a job that we expected to take two weeks. !!! No communication ever. Will turn up one day with one tradesman then nothing for days and even weeks. Starts does a bit then no sight of them until we badger . We ended up outsourcing tree removal and some of the initial clearing to try and speed things along Not like it was a cheap job mid $36,000 .Not like it was a big job or a whole garden.... Its not like we were slow payers each invoice was paid in full on the day
