Mr Attic is a company specialising in home Attic Conversions, Alterations and Additions based in Sydney. We service Sydney's inner-west and south-western suburbs, and down to the southern-highlands. Attic conversions have become an increasingly popular way of building great new spaces due to their short construction time and relatively low cost.

An attic conversion is the process of transforming an empty and unused attic space into effective storage or a functional room. The definition of functional room is typically living room, bedroom (with or without an ensuite), office or study. Another appointment is now arranged to confirm details and to ensure that accurate drafts can be made.

For attics that don't meet the criteria for a liveable room, taking it a step further is always an option. Although constructing a whole new level is a more costly approach to adding more living space, sometimes it the only option. An extra bathroom then becomes a more feasible option. Many properties around Sydney already have minimal outdoor space or backyards, so building up rather than out means preserving outdoor living areas.
