Our fleet includes sixteen late model cars and station wagons plus five Wheelchair Accessible/Maxi Cabs and has recently been upgraded to include six of the latest Ford Mondeo cars and wagons and an additional Wheelchair Accessible/Maxi Cab, all equipped with the latest in dispatch and safety technology.
Our award winning cool climate wine producing region offers many wonderful and spectacular Cellar Doors making a winery tour a very special and enjoyable day. Taxi Tours are ideal for one to four people and are very affordable. Up to 11 people can enjoy the value of a Maxi Cab Winery Tour and for larger groups a Coach Winery Tour for up to 33 or more.

At Southern Highlands Taxi Service we understand the special needs of the disabled and elderly and this is why our fleet includes late model vehicles for the carriage of wheelchairs and occupants. We have five Toyota Commuter buses, which are equipped with a hydraulic lift to safely load and unload passengers in wheelchairs.

Very unreliable! You simply cannot rely on this company if you’re needing to make a certain time commitment. We pre-ordered a cab to get to a lunch reservation just outside of town. 15 minutes after the scheduled pick time we called to follow up. We were told the cab was a mere 4kms away. 10 mins after that we followed up again. Still nothing. 10 mins later we gave up, cancelled and drove ourselves. We were 30 mins late for our 2 hour reservation.

Pre-booked a taxi a few days prior, taxi failed to show up, I had to call to check everything was okay and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes, which with the journey time would make me almost an hour late so had to cancel. A courtesy call would have been nice, being on time would have been even better. Spoke to the baby sitter and she said they were notorious for this and recommended another company

Critical: Punctuality, Quality
Absolute joke! Waited an hour & 30 minutes, after being told it would be a 40 minute wait & still no show, called twice & was told 5 minutes away each time. Would never recommend to anyone. The worst service I have ever received & actually encouraged me to write a review which I have only ever done one other time in my life!!

We live in a world now where many people are quick to jump online and complain or criticize usually just for the sake of having a whinge. We recently used Southern Highlands Taxis to provide us with a driver and mini bus for our Staff xmas party. The Driver , Richard , was on time very professional and provided us with safe drop and pick to and from our destination. Thanks to Jackie in the office for organizing the transport, Richard our Driver and Laurie & Cheryl for the service they provide to our wonderful community! Service so bad it'll inspire you to remember your Google password so you can vent. Booked, given barely a minute to get to the taxi from notification it had arrived and it left as I knocked on the door, then did a u turn and drove straight past me. This is after waiting for an hour for it to arrive and now with very limited options to get home late at night. Unbelievably poor service.

Absolutely terrible. Did not end up using the service as we were late to a wedding and ultimately drove as to arrive prior to the ceremony. No communication whatsoever from the company - it is a business that knows they have abundant demand (i.e from weddings and events) but with complete disregard for any sense of half decent customer service, or better yet, being a polite human being.

Booked a maxi taxi weeks in advance for a wedding.
They confirmed all bookings but did not arrive at confirmed time for pick up.
When we called customer service, they advised that they had our booking but no cars available.
We ended up having to drive to the wedding with the hope they would take us home as per the booking. It was at this point that customer service had assured us that ‘they would not just leave us there’.
Sure enough at the conclusion of the wedding, there was no taxis available and customer service left us.
