Worst place ever willed with bunch of scammers.
Bought a Holden part (payed $170 for it) from them It didn’t fit even then they insured that it will fit. Call them and asked for refund instead they offered store credit.
When I came to change part they told that other part cost $360, but day before other the phone they told that it cost $180.
Then I asked about price difference they started to shouting and told me to leave.

Worst experience when buying parts. These guys are not only rude with the customers, but also scamming people into paying more for the parts.
Absolute shame to the automotive wrecking industry and these guys should come back to their home countries for this dirty and shady business. Australia shouldn’t be a place to run businesses like this.
Just reconsider your visit here as you could get really dissapointed, I would highly recommend choosing other wreckers.

After speaking to Alex Williams on Facebook to organize 2 parts for my car, I got there to an absolute mess of an office and a totally unorganized procedure getting my parts, no-one knew what I was there for even though I had messaged Alex a few days before hand to have those parts aside for me, after going inside and paying for the parts, the… parts were put in my car and I thought after the multiple times telling him exactly what I wanted, he couldn't have screwed it up.
