Fantastic and personable service. Very sad they must close down the shop front and hoping they keep going in a more lean and compact form. We had brilliant service via Qantas all the way to hailing our taxi - something most important to me as I was taking my disabled mom to an appointment in the big smoke, something previously found most difficult via another airline...
