I was very anxious about having two wisdom teeth removed as one of them had a root on a difficult angle, the public system had said I would need to have them removed under GA in hospital. Vesna made an appointment with me to discuss the procedure and to offer suggestions for if I would like to be referred, Vesna did not charge me for this. I felt informed and reassured and booked a time for Vesna to remove the wisdom teeth, the procedure was over very quickly without any pain. Vesna talked to me through out the procedure and did an amazing job. I returned a year later to have my other two wisdom

Ive never been to Highclere Dental before , i called today because i needed urgent dental care . From the get go they were so helpful so understanding and overall my experience was great. Considering i don’t like getting dental work done .. Biggest thanx to Dr Mike Pandev and your dental assistant you both made my experience good. Visited the place on Saturday 3/8/19 - What I thought was a quick job , it turned out to be a major problem because my tooth apparently was split in 2 sections, no filling could be applied: the dentist suggested and extraction ; I told him that I didn't want to lose the tooth yet and I needed a second opinion ; I asked if he could apply some sort of temporary feeling to avoid food getting into the cavity but he refused; I got billed $80 for no service and 5 minutes visit - I will never use them again

This Dentist practice is without a doubt the most professional, caring and helpful practice in Perth. Dr Vesna is the most amazing dentist and does everything to make you comfortable and explain everything that is going to happen. Neither my husband (who used to be terrified of the dentist) or I will see anyone else.

We all hate the dentist but Highclere is good as it gets. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and professional are some of the words i would use to describe them.
After many many years my wife and myself have always had the best service and care possible given to me by these dentists.
Had a tooth out yesterday and i didn't feel a thing , even the bill was very very reasonable. If you need a fantastic dentist here it is.

I have been to many dentists so when I tell you this is by far the greatest dental practice I've ever been to, I'm not exaggerating in the least bit the staff here are extremely caring and thorough and gave me the most comprehensive initial exam and an amazing treatment plan. I can honestly tell you my search for a great dentist is now over!
