Hi,
When I had simones plumbing service come out (to an apartment) I had a leak coming from my ceiling, the problem turned out to be from the apartment's trap above me. This issue is still being resolved due to the complexities of the situation, but they have been going above and beyond. Including but not limited to walking around the apartment building with me to knock on neighbours doors to work out which apartment the problem was coming from. Providing a detailed report for the owner of the other apartment to resolve, and doing what they could to limit the leaking into my apartment. In person

I highly recommend this company. These guys are great, we've used the 3 or 4 times and plan to do so again! They're super reliable, on time, know what they're doing and are reasonably priced. We have had our entire house re-piped with no issues as well as leaks repaired. They've always come on time, quoted reasonably and done a great job :).

The service Stephen and his team provided me with was timely, quality, honest and professional. Their quotes and response to emails was prompt.
