Our company specialises in the installation design and service of solar energy systems in the home and in the workplace. When purchasing a solar energy system from Aurora solar you will be dealing with a company that is passionate about what we do and how we go about doing it. From initial contact from you our valued customer, we will organise a fully trained and accredited CEC designer and installer to attend your property for a site evaluation and consultation about what we can do to get a solar system on your property.
Aurora Solar understands that sometimes things go wrong with your solar energy system. Things like you may have noticed a red light that is showing on your inverter or perhaps the screen is blank and its showing nothing at all. This could likely be a hardware issue with the inverter or even an issue with the solar energy system itself.

What a great work done by Matthew and team. Matthew was very professional and its great to deal with him. Very supportive and clear in his communications. Great service and provides a good advise. I was referred to Matt at Aurora via a friend & as they say, that's what friends are for, a great recommendation. Matt arrived the day he said he would to quote, gave me options & advice, climbed on the roof & took measurements. A quote arrived shortly thereafter, and whilst Aurora wasn't the cheapest nor dearest offering, it the one that gave us confidence in getting the right result first up. Had solar panels installed today. Being of the older generation Mat from Aurora Solar took the time to explain all about solar panels, inverters etc. Readily answered any questions I may have had. I am so happy I selected them to do the installation. Arrived on time. No mess was left. Assistance given with all paperwork. Can only say good things about Aurora Solar. It was a please to deal with Mat and I would high recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Recently had our solar installed by Mat, from my first phone call Mat was very informative and helped with all my inquiries, he came out to give us a quote and my husband and I straight away felt confident in giving him the job. He explained the products he uses, didn’t push us to sign up straight away, he arrived on time, install was fast and… efficient, staff were polite and clean up was done at the end. He then monitored it for a few days and found a few things could be done to give us a better return, so he came back and done those things so we would benefit as much as possible

Matt and his team at Aurora Solar were fantastic. From quote to install and setup, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional from start to finish and will monitor the system in case of any issues. I never stopped with the questions and Matt took the time to explain everything perfectly. I was also impressed with how the panels look on the roof, perfectly set out and not a cable or wire to be seen. Very neatly done. He even suggested to mount the inverter in my garage to keep it protected from the weather. 4 hours after the system was turned on and already made half my daily energy usage in

I'm so glad that a friend recommended Aurora to us! We weren't sure whether solar was right for us but Mat sat down and explained it all in a friendly, easy to understand way. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He responded to texts as well as calls and has exceptional customer service. He's now installed the panels and done an excellent job. He and his colleague were friendly and polite throughout the install, even stopping to chat with my inquisitive toddler.
I'm incredibly happy with our system and am looking forward to cheaper electricity bills!

Matt from Aurora solar did and absolutely amazing job on installing my solar panels and inverter Mathew looked after everything from start to finish helping us selecting the right system for our needs he was very good to deal with and took a lot of pride in his work would definitely recommend him for anyone looking at getting solar panels very happy customer!!
