Very unprofessional. As shown in the below picture, I had asked them if it damages our synthetic grass and they said no problem at all. The second photo is what they did to the synthetic grass.
After our event, the team entered my property with no permission and kept the gate opened. We were luck that my wife arrived and reaslised that some people are in our place and shut the gate, otherwise our dog could had ran away.
When I made a complaints, I received a very unethical response and nonsense reasons for not accepting the issue.
