Services
Mineral Resources is an innovative and leading mining services company, with a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities, including iron ore and lithium. None of this would be possible without our people's commitment. Mineral Resources' (MRL) gas exploration program is powering up with recent drilling activity leading to a significant gas.
Developing and maintaining productive partnerships with our suppliers is essential to Mineral Resources overall success. Mineral Resources is committed to supporting high performing supplier relationships that deliver real benefits to our local communities, whist driving the best value outcomes for our customers and our business.
We continue to operate in a way that makes a difference to our people, our clients and the local communities in which we live and operate, whilst maximising shareholder value. We deliver excellent results by focusing on growing our core mining services business through innovation, profit share projects and our own commodity projects, coupled with industry-leading safety performance.
Chris is the founding shareholder of each of the three original subsidiary companies of Mineral Resources (Crushing Services International Pty Ltd, PIHA Pty Ltd and Process Minerals International Pty Ltd). He has over 36 years of experience in the mining contracting, engineering and resource processing industries.
Mineral Resources has evolved from a mining contracting services company to also owning and operating its own commodity projects. Mineral Resources and its subsidiaries offer the full suite of pit-to-port mining and mining logistics services - including exploration, planning, mine design and construction, the construction and operation of minerals process facilities, commodity transportation and marketing services.

Joined in early 2021 and loving the experience so far. There's an exciting buzz about the place as we're growing and about to move to Google style offices in Osborne Park. Resort style sites are on the horizon. This company is definitely different to any I've worked at before - once a decision is made, they get things done as a team, in record time. You're empowered to put forward ideas, work hard and make a difference but the rewards are there. The quality of people and the genuine care for family, community and environment is what makes MRL stand out.

This is the WORST company I ever worked for. The oppressive management culture makes it impossible to work there. In my opinion my supervisor was blatantly incompetent but well protected. Safety is only when it suits them and if you point something out then you become a target.

The worst company I have ever worked for. Supervisors have no idea what there on about and the most dangerous site iv ever worked on. To tell you the truth there is not one good thing to say about the company.

Worst paying FIFO job I've ever had at Carina Mine, management like to micromanage everyone. Not too many people stay for very long. If you're desperate for work then give it a go but I'd make it your last option.
