The telephone support was excellent in answering my questions about managing the process online. I am a senior so this is not an easy process for me but the Mittagong Pack and Send staff could not have been more helpful.
Parcels over 30kgs, unpacked goods and excess baggage require a higher level of personalised service, so for these, online booking is unavailable. In such cases, instead of receiving an instant quote, your enquiry will be sent to the team at your nearest PACK & SEND Service Centre. A team member will review your enquiry and get back to you with a quote.

I can't even give one star to this business, it would be too much credit, for their bad service they provide and their disrespectful manner to treat customers. I shipped a parcel To Venezuela online, i paid $250 for the shipment and warranty, the parcel was due to deliver on the 9th Dec 2021, there was an error with declaration form, no detected by this people prio to send the parcel, when the parcel arrive to the country destination, i advised Pack and Send online customer service about and over charge issues, because of a declaration error.. they asked for receipts to request an amendment, the

Unfortunately, a score of 0 isn't an option. 2 1/2 weeks I've been waiting for them to pick up my parcel (which I booked a week in advance). Sent emails with no response about when the parcel will be picked up. When I called them, and finally was able to get through, the consultant who was so rude, told me they can't deliver my parcel, so now 2 1/2 weeks later and taking my money, my parcel still hasn't been picked up. Plus the rude consultant instead of transferring the call like she said she would, she disconnected the call.

1* is already too much. The support service provided by the head office in relation to their "online parcel" is beyond APPALLING all they do is make sure that you will use one of their franchises by not providing the relevant information. I will NEVER try to use them again.

Highly recommend not using this service. Multiple items have been lost in transit and I was denied a refund even though I purchased warranty. Poor customer service too.

Becareful with this Pack & Send Hawthorn.
We did two quotes with them at $600 AUD as we were leaving Australia and wanted to be sure of what we would have to pay. 30 days after the last quote we went back to Pack & Send Hawthorn to send our stuff the quote was more than the double, $1300 AUD. We had 1 more box than the original quote but the person from pack & send told us it was because of the oil price increase. I don’t think that the oil price doubled at this time 🤔. Wewere already at Pack & Send with all our boxes and it was our last days in Oz so we didn&rsquo

I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and Joanne from Mermaid Beach Pack @ Send (Gold Coast). Within just a few days of making contact with them they had retrieved my sisters motorised wheelchair from a vendor who had held onto the chair for more than 5 months, and would not respond to calls and emails to return it. I had been contemplating flying to Queensland myself to try and repossess it, and then found Mermaid Beach Pack and Send. Mark personally went to collect the chair, packaged it and then sent it to us. Amazing.
