In 2015 we paired back our interests and have taken on a beautiful Newcastle icon - The Crown and Anchor Hotel. We are now focusing the space as function venue. At Sprout Kitchen we offer a fresh, seasonal menu and seriously good coffee. Sit down and relax while you can watch our busy chefs in the open kitchen create delicious homemade food. You can find our weekly changing menu on our instagram @sproutkitchencatering. We're offering breakfast from 7.30am and lunches from 11.45am, delicious gelato, fresh juice & coffees Monday to Friday until 4pm.

Sprout was very open to personalizing our menu based on what we liked to eat, while recommending some of their popular + tasty choices for weddings. We pitched ideas about the menu/midnight lunch, and they worked to master the ideas while throwing their own twist on it. Everything about the food in terms of quality, taste, presentation, and pricing was SO amazing and we continue to rave about the food to this day!
The space itself is so beautiful

We enjoy trying new places and had heard good things so went in menu limited for lunch but thought will stay give a try, wasn't told about special we saw sign as were leaving waitress must have put up after we ordered and seated. Must be more catered to people in building or regulars. Chicken Wrap was loaded with mustard so it was all you could taste and the club house sandwich was ok but for $14.00 wasn't worth it. I could get a booster juice sandwich combo for equal quality and same price as just the sandwich. Sorry maybe isn't always like this but this will be a one time thing for us.

Hands down, my favourite place in Regina. Travel here often and look forward to grabbing breakfast or lunch and a delicious coffee. It's really hard to find a fun, approachable lunch menu and I could easily eat here 5 days a week. The price point is great, especially compared to what a lunch at Tim's sets you back these days, but the quality is so much better. Fresh baked bread, most things made in house, nothing frozen, etc. etc. And of course awesome service! We need to support the ma and pa especially in communities like Regina! I love Sprout!

Sprout Cafe is easily one of the most impressive cafes in Regina. Not only are they in a great location, everything served is top notch. Fresh baking, different soups, and lunch specials made every single day with all fresh ingredients. On top of the amazing food and service in the cafe, their catering services never fail to go above and beyond. The work they do there for their customers is impressive and I would 10/10 reccomend stopping by!

My partner and I stumbled upon this spot and described it as a welcoming deli/bakery with a fancy cafeteria vibe to it. We like the well lit space, it was very open concept and the food was delicious and healthy! Slightly expensive ($12 for just a sandwhich) but I know they bake their own bread so I believe it’s just really good ingredients.

Never fails to impress. The dinner rolls to start are always welcome and tasty. Had the lamb rump and it was amazing, as were the zucchini flowers. Our server Kate was very attentive, friendly and a breath of fresh air. They also went the extra mile for my friend's birthday. Will have to make sure we return again soon.
