These guys are legends. our business has been broken into twice within the last 4 weeks and Prompt have been super quick to respond to securing the site (both times between 1am and 3am I should add) and cleaning up, as well as returning to replace the damaged panels. I won't be going anywhere else in future and would recommend them to anyone.

We were really happy with the Prompt Glass guy who responded to our call to replace glass door after a break in. At 6pm he had a couple of jobs distant suburbs away but promised to come by 8.30pm. He was very efficient and friendly, cleaned up after himself and suggested good options for replacement. He lived ages away so we were so pleased with his positive energy.

Amazing Service from these guys. The shop door window was replaced before our manager even notified me! Got there first thing and thought he was joking when he said the glass had been smashed at 1.30am. New glass already installed and no sign of any mess at all. I would highly reccomend these guys.
