Christine practices a Japanese style of Acupuncture, called Kiiko. This style is very gentle and many report not feeling any pain from this treatment style. It involves the use of small needles to bring the body back into balance and harmony. Acupuncture focuses on bringing the Autonomic nervous system and specific organ systems into balance, to achieve homeostasis and health.
There are often periods of our life where we feel we need support, from someone other than our family or friends. There are all sorts of reasons you might want to speak with a Counsellor, whether you are anxious or worried about your circumstances, others, the future, feeling sad, confused, grieving, having relationship problems with family, friends or in the workplace, or are suffering from mental illness.
The experiences we've had throughout our lives from birth to adulthood - and the people we have had around us - have a profound impact on how we approach our lives and our relationships. These experiences literally shape our sense of self, our experience of the world and how we respond to it.

Through engaging in psychotherapy it is possible to explore your life in a safe space within the confines of a caring, non-judgmental relationship with the therapist. This allows you to develop the resources that allow for a greater capacity for reflection, a deeper understanding of your life and the way in which the past influences you now - and points to the ways in which we can change.
Herbal medicine is a medicine made exclusively from plants, has been used for thousands of years and is still the most widely used system of medicine in the world today. It has been documented, developed and researched over this time and in increasingly being validated by scientific investigation.
We have four amazing Massage therapists working at the centre. All our therapists have many years experience and their own personal way of working but we can guarantee you will not be disappointed. While they are all able to give a strong firm massage, they are all able to give an ultimately relaxing treatment.

Ruby was excellent, not only a relaxing massage but she explained some of my issues clearly pointing out the muscle groups I need to work on.

I can only praise the treatment I have received at the practice. I've been numerous times for different sports injuries and have seen Beau. I always walk away a lot better than when I walk in. I would recommend Thirroul Natural Healing to any of my friends.
