KAPP Engineering brings together Engineers from numerous Electrical Engineering disciplines including, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communications and Computer Science. All of our engineers are experienced in Project Management and operate as a team to deliver a broad skill set to our clients' projects.
The KAPP Engineering Team has practical exposure to a number of Programmable Logic Controller platforms. All of our Logic Design utilises vendor neutral "Logic Diagrams" where the design is always done on paper prior to the programming phase thereby always ensuring that the design is done by the most experienced members of the team.
As part of our Quality Management system, every control system designed and supplied by KAPP Engineering is fully tested in-house to ensure that it meets the design criteria. This typically involves setting up the complete control system hardware and software in our office, complete with an array of digital and analog devices to simulate all field devices and external components.
Through the use of our 60m2 dedicated training facility, we work with our clients to develop customised training courses focusing on PLCs, HMI, SCADA and communication equipment specific to their sites and/or applications.
From basic to advanced, we work closely with our clients to develop course content that is targeted at the skill level of their technical teams to ensure that focus and relevance is maintained throughout the course and to maximise the transfer of knowledge.
