Louise Barrett is our property manager at Fox Real estate. She has been extremely pro active in assisting us in getting things sorted for our rental unit. Louise is a reliable property manager. She understood my difficulty when I was looking for a leasing property interstate. I sent many enquiries to agents in SA asking for video inspections but only Louise kindly replied me that she could do a video tour for me. My application went smoothly under her help.

I have rented through Fox over the past two years, with Jenna Bloomfield as my primary contact. Jenna made me feel so welcome and appreciated, she made time to answer emails, and always left feedback after inspections. Her attention to detail, efficiency and kindness is second to none. I made an error in overpaying a bill and Jenna picked it up and ensured I was reimbursed before I even realised! We rented through Fox Real Estate and Jenna Bloomfield, throughout the whole renting process both Fox and Jenna were professional, helpful and quick to answer any enquiries we had regarding our home.
