We are situated on the beautiful NSW Central Coast in Kariong, 7 km from Gosford CBD and approximately 1 hour drive to Sydney and Newcastle. We have 25 rooms of various configurations including 1 two bedroom apartment to suit your accommodation needs.
Some of our rooms feature views overlooking Brisbane Waters. Our facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), BBQ facilities, free Wi-Fi, and room service for breakfast. The Central Coast has a lot to offer - we are about 5 minutes' drive from The Australian Reptile Park and Somersby Falls, 2 minutes' walk to Mount Penang Parklands, close to National Parks and beaches including Terrigal.

We require a credit card at time of reservation for a deposit. The remaining payment is to be made at check-in. A security bond may be requested at check-in and returned at check-out provided that there are no damages to the room. I'm giving 5 stars because it is a great budget motel. The staff are wonderful. The pool is fantastic and some rooms are pet friendly. I booked in with my tiny toy poodle, my two girls and husband and it was perfect.
The room was exceptionally clean.

Checking in late was offered to me and the collection of same made easy to follow and collect my key.
The Motel offers breakfast which is served in-room only. The Big Breakfast is most expensive item and cost $12.50. Bargain.
I found the staff extremely helpful and the room tariff offered each night stay is very reasonable.

Small little motel
Stayed one night after my brothers wedding
The room was good but small with the queens size bed and a single bed close to each other.
Didn't have alot of room around them. Tiny bathroom but overall the room had everything we needed for a nights sleep.
Room was very clean, some things were included and they offer breakfast for an additional cost.
Easy access but very steep driveway, several parking spots.
Bella vista also has an outdoor pool and playground for the kids.

My wife,my Daughter and I stayed at this Motel last night, we had a great time the pool area was perfect and the room was clean the staff were really friendly they couldn't do any more for us,
We will definitely be going back, hopefully we can book for Easter weekend. Absolute pleasure thank you so much.

The lady at reception was really friendly and offered a great choice for a quick easy takeaway near by but sadly that was the extent of the good experience.
The room was run down as was the bed but worst of all was the fact the room is located about 25m from a very busy intersection with absolutely no attempt to sound proof it at all. Needless to say sleep wasn't much of an option. The walls also seemed very thin to the neighbouring room as I could hear the person next door having a shower.
After a long drive this was a very disappointing end to the day.

I have stayed here a few times up here for work . This is first place coming to my mind about staying in Gosford . Nothing fancy and well equipped . No other motel I have been has offered kitchen amenities. It is convenient and straight off the high way (easy if you come from Sydney) if you come from Gosford you need to u turn through the shell petrol station . Parking spaces are a little tight so just make sure you leave room for car passages .
The after hours key pick up is so smooth and the staff have been very friendly to process my payment .

Very poor hotel. Beds were so uncomfortable and spelt bad. Floors were filthy. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. I'm mortified. Dont stay here, I'd prefer to sleep on the street and I'm not even joking. Reception is super rude, said what can you expect for the 100$ a night you get what you pay for. Left my card in the room, and one of them used it to tap and go. They are now being investigated.
