Dishonest. Don’t supply all necessary info for transaction success & don’t provide expiry date of transaction until challenged with redeeming the service, then an expiry date is produced. Won’t follow through on providing the service paid for & don’t wish to refund payment either.

The lady in there was very rude. I came all the way from mareeba, to get a tube! And she did not know the ratio or equivalency from the tube I had! She seemed very annoyed with my questions! I asked how much for a scooter tube? They charged me $25 each saying it's not their fault for the price!... I felt being the only e scooter place here in the far north, that they could charge whatever they wanted! It was very upsetting I will be taking my buisness elsewhere in the future!!!

Friendly family run business in a great location with great prices. The electric scooter was the most fun I've had on a holiday for years. I'm in my 50s and my husband is 70 and we went to the botanic gardens and around Cairns for the day and absolutely loooooooved it. Do it. It's sooo good.

George was enthusiastic and helpful. We took the low powered scooters at $25/hour (for 2 hours) for our first run, but didn't realize it was almost a 2 hour return trip to the gardens, so not much ti.e for mucking about. They were easy b.c enough and fun.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. We hired ebikes and cycled to Crystal cascades, had a swim, cycled back and then to the botanical gardens. Delightful and comfortable ride. We did over 50km on one battery. One of the best experience we had in Cairns.

Walked past this place but didn't enquire about the price. found another bicycle shop for cheap rent regular cycle bikes however after riding it up the first hill the gears came apart and almost ruined my day. got a refund and went to this shop instead. was so surprised at the great price and used my refund to hire an ebike. was given an alternate route which in my opinion was more gorgeous riding through than the attractions. I hired it late afternoon for one particular place but would need it overnight. was given a map to another place as it was late in the day to reach where I originally had

A fun addition to our holiday! We hired electric bikes while here on holidays. A perfect way to see the sights and the only way to cruise along the esplanade! So much fun for the teenagers and adults. Highly recommend to add some fun to your holiday.

Lovely staff and great bikes. Electric bikes are a real benefit if you want to go beyond Cairns without a car. Some fantastic nearby bike tracks and the store staff are happy to provide suggestions or guides to get to nearby locations. Good price which includes helmet(s) and bike lock. Would definitely recommend!
