TL Dental Group is hands down the best practice in the area. I always feel so welcome and comfortable at my appointments. The wait times are never long and the front staff is always super accommodating. The staff truly makes an effort to personalize my care. The hygienist makes sure to keep my lips moisturized while she is cleaning my teeth all while making appropriate friendly small talk so the appointments never feel awkward. Dr. Frisbee makes sure the appointments never feel rushed and takes the time to sit down with me to discuss my treatment for the day as well as what he sees for future appointments

I don’t usually complain or put businesses down but I would not recommend TL Dental in Port Macquarie wasted my time.
I took half a day off work and drove into port Macquarie from Kempsey just to find out they shortened my appointment without notifying me so I couldn’t get what I needed done. I even arrived half hour early and called to confirm my… appointment time before leaving Kempsey. Not the first time I’ve had my time wasted, another time they accidentally double booked me and canceled my appointment half hour before the appointment time after I had already drove

I have been very very fortunate to have the best dentists for most of my life, and Dr. Frisbee is one of those best!
He is very down to earth and personable and knows his craft!
I highly recommend him for anyone in need of excellent dental care, and as for cleaning, my favorite hygenist is Tracy.
She has cleaned my teeth for years and does a fabulous job everytime, not to mention she is a great person!
Everyone at TL Dental is so nice and friendly, I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Frisbee, Mckayla, and the front desk staff have been PHENOMENAL. I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years because of the fear and uneasiness. I have seen Dr. Frisbee twice now in the last month and could not have been more comfortable. He did everything he could to make me feel safe and comfortable in the chair. DEFINITLEY a good choice! He explains everything and makes sure you are aware of exactly what is happening! If you have any dental anxiety GO SEE DR.FRISBEE!!!

Dr Jim Stansbury is absolutely one of the best dentist practicing period! He's professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The type of skills that only come from being highly educated, and years of experience practicing dentistry. Very positive experience. I was relaxed enough that I didn't need the nitrous oxide, like I normally do at other dentist, although he did offer. 💯

Made appointment for 11:30 am. We were signed in 15 minutes early and proceeded to not be seen until 2:10. That's a 2 hour and 40 minute wait time. They could have called ahead and changed the time rather than making us wait for nearly 3 hours, but they chose to keep telling us we'd be seen soon, when we were nowhere near close to seeing a doctor. If you need your wisdom teeth taken out, pick somewhere that knows how to schedule patients efficiently.

Every single person in this practice goes above and beyond in Professional work, fiscal integrity, and generosity of heart. I cannot say enough about this practice and each person who works here. Excellent! My son recently had to have some extensive work done and all he could say was “they really cared about me, I think they really loved me!“
