Mission Beach is the closest point on the East Coast to the Great Barrier Reef and this boat will get you there in 40 minutes. Tours leave at 8:45 in the morning and after a couple of amazing hours viewing the wonders of the reef, you are back in time for a leisurely lunch.
Kerryn and Greg are amazing hosts, so whether you are experiencing your first time snorkelling or have done it before, you will be looked after with top of the range gear and lots of local knowledge.Dunk Island is just 4 kms from the beach. There are some lovely walks, snorkelling and swimming.

What a treasure, beautiful and a well kept place. Clean grounds, toilets, showers and kitchen. Quiet with the beach across the road. Cassowaries, wallaby’s and bird life. Was sad to leave, but went home well rested. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for our wonderful stay. My partner and I already planning another visit.

Lovely park, amenities immaculate, my only gripe is that it rains heavily for 2 days ( not the park’s fault) we were up to ankles in water over the slab and not one of the park staff came to see if we were ok. However the day we were leaving, a park team member came and asked us how we went during the storm, I explained and he said yes that always happens when it rains!!!. Why do they put you on a site that floods during heavy rain???. The park needs to address these problems.

Absolutely perfect. Called after hours, we didn't know it was after hours, to see if they had availability for 4 nights and the lady that answered the phone was more than happy to help us out and fit us in. Close to beach and shops. Toilets/showers, kitchen, laundry and pool areas all clean and well maintained. ALL the staff are very friendly. Lot's of bins and taps. Nice and quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
