Specialising in small sessions, we use the proven benefits of Yoga, Pilates, massage and meditation to have you feeling great mentally and physically. We can assist with lowering levels of anxiety, providing skills to deal with stress, improving posture, increasing strength and endurance and giving you time to care for yourself. Our sessions are designed to create a safe, non-judgemental space and to provide personalised treatment.

Specialising in a holistic mixture of Yoga, pilates, functional exercise, massage and meditation our sessions are curated to help you feel your best. Under the name Haven Yoga, I collaborate with like minded teachers, delivering creative and unique offerings to our clients.
